My professional and professional development is characterized by a well-founded education, many years of professional practice in various management levels and functions and an extra-occupational study as well as additional continuous further training seminars - so to speak "from the bottom up".

I have many years of extensive management experience in responsible positions in controlling, finance and accounting at individual and group company level, in the entire commercial area and in project management.

My core competencies are in the areas of:

• Sound experience in strategic and operational planning (top-down / bottom-up)

• International project experience in multicultural teams (USA, South America, Europe) with several months abroad

• Leadership and motivation of excellent teams

• Analysis and optimization of cross-departmental processes / change management

• Creation and analysis of the monthly reports for different committees  

• Experience in M&A projects, post-merger integration, due diligence processes, carve-out experience, support for spin-off processes  

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Net working capital optimization  

• Intensive knowledge of investment controlling with planning, decision-making, management and control (from investment guidelines to project revisions)
